Our Story, Our Community

Esteem Active was born from a deep belief in the power of movement - not just to strengthen the body, but to uncover resilience, confidence, and a sense of self. My journey with fitness began through dance, where I first experienced the connection between movement and self-expression. Over time, fitness became more than just training - it became a way to navigate life’s challenges, to rebuild, and to grow. That’s what Esteem Active is all about.

This space was created for those who want more than a workout. It’s for those who seek strength beyond the physical, who want to push themselves while feeling supported, and who are on their own path of self-discovery. With expert coaching, a high standard of training, and a welcoming community, we’re here to help you step into your best self - strong, capable, and confident in every sense.

This is Esteem Active. More than fitness, it’s a space to find your strength

More than a studio, a community

We strive to create a space where everyone feels truly welcomed, valued, and respected. Community is at the core of everything we do, and from the moment you walk through our doors, you’re greeted with warmth. You’re more than just a number here - we genuinely care about your health and fitness journey and are dedicated to fostering a supportive environment where connections thrive.

Our commitment to excellence extends to the planning and execution of our classes and experiences. Every session is thoughtfully curated to provide a dynamic and engaging workout that leaves participants feeling empowered and energized. We aim to inspire and motivate, igniting a passion for health and wellness that extends far beyond the studio walls.

Are your classes suited to beginners

Yes! Our classes are designed to be inclusive for all fitness levels, including beginners. We offer different class styles to ensure everyone can progress at their own pace while being guided by expert instructors.

  • This class focusses on controlled, flowing movements that build strength, flexibility, and stability. Expect a mix of classic and contemporary Reformer Pilates exercises designed to improve posture, core strength, and overall body awareness. Suitable for all levels, with modifications and progressions always available.

  • A more dynamic, strength-focused Reformer class that incorporates resistance, endurance, and athletic-style movements. This class is designed to challenge those with Pilates experience, helping to build muscular endurance and full-body strength and balance.

We recommend at least 6 Flow & Sculpt Classes prior to taking part in the FIT and Strength Class.

  • Our cycle classes are designed to build cardiovascular stamina, endurance, and lower body strength. With energizing music and expert coaching, you’ll push through intervals that engage major muscle groups while improving overall fitness. As always, you can take it at your own pace and adjust resistance to suit your level.
